Watch synchronisation

Sorted³ on the Watch is in direct, constant communication with your iPhone. But updating of the data on the Watch is most reliable when Sorted³ is running in the foreground on both devices.

You may need to force a reload of your Watch data by using Force Touch (long press) anywhere on the Sorted3 screen on the Watch to show the “Reload Data” button. Tap this button to reload the Sorted³ data. [screenshot]

To debug Watch sync issues:

  1. Run the apps on both devices in the foreground
  2. Create a new Task for today on the iPhone
  3. Check the status on the Watch
  4. Leave the Watch app to force update the complications

There is a transfer limit for Sorted³ when run only in complications:

# of refreshes per hour
