Crash at launch (macOS)

If you were one of the macOS beta testers who only used an early beta version, you may experience a crash at launch issue when after downloading the latest v3.6.x from Mac App Store.

Remove the old data folder

To remove the data and preferences from the previous install (macOS only), follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Finder
  2. Click the menu bar Go > Go To Folder (or use shortcut ⌘⇧G)
  3. Place this "~/Library/Group Containers/group.245B4P8J7P.com.staysorted.Sorted.3/"
  4. Remove all data by deleting all contents here
  5. Ensure iCloud Sync is turned back on to restore your data during the next launch.
