iCloud Sync issues

If you want to sync your Sorted³ Task data in iCloud on your system of devices with the same Apple ID, you need to enable iCloud Sync in-App. First, make sure you have iCloud enabled in iOS Settings, and the storage is not full and turned on iCloud Drive.

 
ON ALL IOS DEVICES:

  • iOS Setting in-App > Sync > Turn on iCloud Sync.
  • In Sorted App Settings > Toggle iCloud Sync


ON ALL MACOS DEVICES:

  • For macOS, go to Settings and then turn on iCloud Sync.
  • In Sorted App Settings > Toggle iCloud Sync


If iCloud Toggle greyed:

  1. Open iOS Settings and search "iCloud Drive." Make sure that it is turned on.
  2. On the same screen as above, scroll down to find Sorted³ and make sure the switch there is on as well.
  3. Close Sorted³.
  4. Open Sorted³, then go back into settings and see if the toggle is now accessible.
