How do events show up in Sorted³
Events in Sorted³ on different devices are not synced via iCloud. Sorted³ will only extract the events in the Apple Calendar app on your device where Sorted³ is located. You need to choose which device to show up the events on your own.

Completion status of events in Sorted³
Based on the logic of Hyper-Scheduling, in order to make it easier for users to manage tasks and events in one place, Sorted³ adds a task-like "done" function to the event. Although the events are extracted from the device where Sorted³ is located, if you have set to extract a certain Calendar on multiple devices, whether the event in the Calendar has been done, this status is synchronized through iCloud.

If the completion status of your events is not synced to another device
If you find that you have completed the event on one device, but the completion status of the event is not synchronized on another device, please check in the following order.
1. Please confirm what Calendar the event comes from
You need to confirm which Calendar the event whose completion status is not synced is from, such as Google Calendar? Or Exchange?
2. Please confirm where you created the event
You need to confirm whether the event whose completion status cannot be synced was created in Sorted³, in the Apple Calendar app, or in the original Calendar app.
3. Please confirm your Calendar account
You need to confirm whether the Calendar whose completion status cannot be synchronized uses a personal account or an account provided by your company.
4. Please confirm which device is experiencing the issue
You need to confirm on what device the completion status is not syncing, such as on a Mac? Or on an iPad?
5. Check your situation and get suggestions
If you are using Google Calendar and have created a event in the Google Calendar app or on the web version
When you create an event in the Google Calendar app or on the web version, Google may generate a serial number for the event that does not comply with Apple's specifications, causing the completion status to fail to sync. We recommend that you create the event in the Apple Calendar app or Sorted³.
If you are using Microsoft Calendar
No matter where you create it, all Microsoft Calendars will generate serial number for event that does not comply with Apple's specifications, causing the completion status to fail to sync. Sorted³ has enhanced the comparison method according to Apple's guidance, but it cannot be guaranteed to be fully effective. We recommend that you create the event in Sorted³ as much as possible. Even so, the completion status may not be synchronized. However, creating it in the Microsoft Calendar app or the web version may cause the sync to fail at all.
If your Calendar uses an account provided by your company
Your company may have restrictions on third-party apps to read and modify events, so Sorted³ cannot sync the completion status normally.
Other cases
Please tell us the result after confirming in the first 4 steps. You can follow the steps of "Settings-Contact Us" in Sorted³ to send us an email (please do not delete the files and information automatically generated in the email).
