How to export or import tasks of Sorted³ using the backup feature?

Sorted³ does not support the traditional backup feature, but you can use the backup feature in the Settings of Sorted³ to export tasks in your app as a compressed file and save them in the location you like, or you can import the tasks in the compressed file one by one or in bulk into Sorted³ on any device.

Export tasks via backup feature

Manual backup

Please follow the steps of "Settings-Backup" in Sorted³ to open the "Backup" page, tap "Backup Now", then find the file named "Date+Time" in the "Manual Backups" list, open it and tap "Export ", then you can save it in the Apple File app or other location you like. This file contains all the tasks in Sorted³ before you created it using the backup feature.

Auto backup

Auto Backup is one of the features of PRO. Please follow the steps of "Settings-Backup" in Sorted³ to open the "Backup" page, and tap "Auto Backup" to open. Sorted³ will automatically generate files named "Date+Time" every day, and you can view the last ten backups. These files contain all the tasks in Sorted³ before they were generated.

View the exported file
